Hardy Street Capital is a large single family office with a singular focus: building enduring relationships with the best managers in private markets. We do not take outside capital, which means our investment decisions are governed entirely by long-term thinking.
We partner with a select group of exceptional general partners across private equity, private credit, and real assets. Where the opportunity is compelling, we also participate directly alongside our GP partners in co-investments and direct transactions.
Our edge is permanence. We have no fund lifecycle, no LP base to manage, and no pressure to deploy. We invest when conditions are right and stay committed through full cycles.
How We Invest
GP Selection
We allocate to a concentrated group of exceptional general partners with demonstrated edge, disciplined process, and genuine alignment. Access and selectivity matter equally.
Co-Investment
Alongside our GP partners, we selectively participate in co-investments where we have conviction in the asset and where we can move with speed and certainty.
Direct Transactions
In select situations, we participate directly in private transactions — bringing patient capital and a long-term perspective to situations that benefit from it.
